Viewing Your Tour

How visitors move through the tour on a computer, phone, or tablet.

Open your tour link in any web browser and you're in. Here's what you (and your visitors) can do inside.

On a computer

  • Look around — click and drag anywhere in the scene.
  • Move between rooms — click the circular hotspots on the floor or doorways. The tour glides into the next room.
  • Zoom — scroll to zoom in and out.
  • Keyboard — the arrow keys also pan the view.
  • Fullscreen — use the fullscreen button to fill the whole screen. Press Esc to exit.

On a phone or tablet

  • Look around — swipe with one finger.
  • Zoom — pinch with two fingers.
  • Move between rooms — tap the hotspots.
  • Gyro mode (if enabled for your tour) — physically move your phone to look around, like a window into the space. Your phone may ask permission to use motion sensors the first time.

Things you may find in your tour

Depending on what we built together, your tour can include:

  • A floorplan — a small map showing every room; tap any room to jump straight there.
  • A room list or menu — jump between areas without walking through them.
  • Info panels — tap an info hotspot to read details about a space or feature.
  • Videos, photos, and audio — media placed right inside the scene, like a video playing on a TV.
  • Scene variations — a switcher for day/night or furnished/empty views of the same room.
  • A welcome screen and call-to-action button — for example, a "Book Now" or "Contact Us" button.
