Your Tour / Working With Us
Common Questions
Quick answers about devices, performance, privacy, and the tour link.
Do visitors need to install anything?
No. The tour runs in any modern web browser — Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox — on phones, tablets, and computers. There's no app, no plugin, and no account.
Does it work on phones?
Yes, and it's built for them. Visitors swipe to look around and pinch to zoom. If gyro mode is enabled for your tour, they can also look around by moving the phone itself.
Will the link ever change or expire?
No. Your tour stays at the same address, including after updates. If you've asked us for a custom domain (for example, tour.yourhotel.com), that address is just as permanent.
The tour seems slow — is something wrong?
The tour streams like a video: it starts quickly at a comfortable quality and sharpens as it loads. On a very slow connection the sharpening simply takes a moment longer. If a tour consistently fails to load, contact us and we'll investigate.
Can I put the tour on my own website?
Yes — that's one of the best things to do with it. See Embedding Basics. If you'd rather we talk directly with your web team or agency, put us in touch.
Can other people copy or re-host my tour?
Tours can be protected against being embedded on websites you haven't approved. If you're concerned about a specific site using your tour without permission, tell us and we can restrict embedding for your tour.
Do you track my visitors? What about privacy?
If your package includes analytics, the tour records anonymous usage — visits, which rooms are popular, where people look. Visitors are not asked to log in or hand over personal details to view the tour. See Your Analytics Dashboard.
Can the tour work without internet — for example at a sales gallery?
Yes. Tours can be set up with an offline mode that downloads everything in the background, so it keeps working on unreliable venue Wi-Fi or a fully disconnected kiosk. Ask us to enable it if this fits your use case.
